We want you to love your Nuova Eleganza, NE product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. your product must be unworn, unused and include all tags/ parts/ accessories  as you received it.
